Supervision

I work with organisations to support their teams through one-to-one and group supervision sessions. Supervision offers practitioners a space to consider their successes, difficulties and the impact of the workplace experience on their professional practice. This formalised time for reflection supports and promotes the mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals and the organisation as a whole. As a supervisor, I invite practitioners to use the supervision space in whatever way is most useful to them - mirroring my counselling philosophy ‘you are the expert on you’.

Training

I deliver domestic abuse awareness training to organisations. Training programmes are bespoke according to the needs of each organisation and can include information around recognising the signs of abuse, how to support professionals who are delivering domestic abuse services and exploring the myths around this complex work.

I also deliver a programme called ‘Pattern Changing’ - a six-week therapeutic intervention that looks at the impact of domestic abuse on survivors. Pattern Changing is a unique and powerful way of working and offers survivors the opportunity to tell their stories, to be heard and to start healing from their abusive wounds.

Consultancy

I work with organisations to support in the planning of individual and group therapeutic programmes. My consultancy work also focuses on helping organisations to establish strong, professional networks, in order to ensure the longevity of projects in the domestic abuse sector.

In addition to this, I am experienced in developing domestic abuse workplace strategies for organisations outside of the domestic abuse sector, who are committed to ensuring employee wellbeing.

To discuss any of these services and how they might be able to work for you or your organisation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
