Combining my therapeutic background with a solutions-focused coaching model, I work as an Integrative Coach to help you identify areas of change and expansion in your life so you can meet your long-term goals.
Therapist to Coach
I am an European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) trained Coach and gained my qualification through Dr Trish Turner’s ‘Therapist to Coach Senior Practitioner in Coaching’ programme. This programme is specifically designed for qualified therapists who want to expand their practice to include coaching and, as a result, my coaching style integrates the two disciplines.
Coaching’s focus is typically on the present and/or future but, as noted by Coaching scholars Nash Popovic and Debra Jinks, “we cannot secure a lasting change without dealing with deeper issues that may be the roots of particular behaviour manifestations”. As a dual-practitioner, I am able to work with you towards your long-term goals whilst also holding space to gently explore past experiences that may be linked to issues you are experiencing now, in order to create ongoing change that lasts far beyond our sessions together.
Coaching services I offer…
One-to-one coaching packages
For those who have an idea of what they want but are struggling to focus, take action or are unsure of how to get there, I offer 6 session coaching packages where we work together with your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to identify your long-term goals and take the next steps towards meeting them.
Workplace Psychological Safety Programmes
For organisations who are committed to ensuring the psychological safety of their teams, I deliver a 10-session ‘Emotional Muscle’ Group Programme to build confidence and emotional resilience amongst team members in order to create a safe working environment for people at all organisational levels.
“Working with Rosie was a breath of fresh air that I needed in my life right at a time of major change. In a solutions-oriented way we worked together to identify the deeper trends underlying thought patterns which were holding me back from an early age, and gave me tools to start to make progress and really change the way I think and act, to start to build the life I want. My friends are constantly telling me now that I seem noticeably more confident, more in command of my life, and more like I've got ‘it’.’”
