Coaching

Includes:

Six 90-minute coaching sessions (recommended frequency is once a fortnight but this can be discussed and reviewed together)
Personal development materials between sessions
Tasks between sessions to support and enhance session content
Currently all sessions are delivered on video call due to Covid-19 restrictions
As Covid-19 restrictions relax, in person sessions will also be available from my private practice in central Cardiff

Payment options available:

A single payment of £1200 (payable 2 weeks before our first session)

Two payments of £600 each (first payment due 2 weeks before our first session, second payment due 2 weeks before our fourth session)

Four payments of £300 each (first payment due 2 weeks before our first session, remaining three payments due monthly after the first payment)
